Return Policy
To accommodate any issues with fit, Billiardairs will accept exchanges only in their original condition within 14 days of receipt of your order which will not include the cost of the original postage. Returned items must include the original tags and packaging. The item must be unworn and unwashed without body odor or fragrance. Billiardairs will not accept any exchanges that have signs of wear.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment used on an order in the event that your order:
• Is canceled
• One or more of your items sold out since your order was processed
Refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to clear and 7-10 business days for the amount to post to your account, depending on your financial institution.
If you received a partial refund after placing your order, one or more of your items may have sold out since your order was processed.
Please make sure that the returns form is enclosed with your goods - no form may result in your return not being processed.
The buyer is responsible for paying the shipping cost for returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges for international customers are not offered at this time due to the costs of shipping internationally.

If you would like to request an exchange, please email customercare@billiardairs.com with your order number in the subject line and we will provide you with a return label sale. The buyer handles the shipping cost for all returns.
